Referral Rewards

There is nothing more satisfying to a recruitment consultant than receiving a referral from a job seeker or client with whom we’ve delivered a valuable service.  For that, we want to say ‘thank you’. 

We're always on the lookout for talented candidates and exciting new roles to fill. If you know someone who's looking for a new role and could use Global Ambition’s help, or have a hot tip about an upcoming vacancy, we want to hear from you!

If Global Ambition is successful in filling the role or placing the candidate, you could earn the following rewards:

£300 for permanent or contract placements and filled full-time or contract roles (longer than 3 month assignments)
£150 for temporary placements (longer than 4 week assignments)

Prize Draw for £5,000 cash

Everyone who refers a friend whom we place or vacancy that we fill, you will not only be eligible to receive the cash incentives (outlined above), but you will also go into the Major Prize Draw for £5,000 cash.

Terms & Conditions

• To be eligible for the ‘Refer a Friend’ Cash Incentive Program and ‘Refer a Friend’ Major Prize Draw, candidates or vacancies must not be already registered with Global Ambition 
• The referred candidate or vacancy must be placed/filled by Global Ambition within 12 months of their formal registration 
• When you refer a friend, colleague or associate to Global Ambition, please ensure you have their consent to send their personal contact details to us
• The ‘Refer a Friend’ Major Prize Draw will be drawn as soon as Global Ambition has placed 50 referred friends or filled 50 referred permanent/contract roles or any combination thereof making up 50.  You can have multiple entries into the Major Prize Draw through making multiple referrals (the more successful referrals you provide to Global Ambition, the more chances you have in the Major Prize Draw)

Payment

• For permanent or contract placements/filled vacancies, 50% of the cash incentive will be paid upon the candidate’s start date and the balance (50%) will be paid at the end of the Global Ambition ‘Guarantee Period’ offered to clients (the Guarantee Period is 4 months from date of commencment).
• For temporary placements/filled vacancies, 50% of the cash incentive will be paid upon the candidate’s start date and the balance (50%) will be paid at the end of their guarantee period (4 months).
• Winner of the Major Prize Draw will receive notification by email/letter/telephone, with the full amount being credited into a nominated bank account within 14 days from notification
